Activities of the BioCon Valley® Initiative are closely accompanied by various boards, which inform themselves regularly on the initiative’s development and support its further development.

Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board advises and supervises BioCon Valley®’s Managing Director. Fundamental decisions referred to in the company’s statutes require the approval by the Supervisory Board.
The Expert Advisory Board supports the concentration on main focus points in the region, as well as the competent assessment of regional projects (e.g. funding applications). Representatives of regional businesses, financial service providers and research institutions are members of the Expert Advisory Board.

Advisory Board
The Advisory Board supports and advises the association in all aspects, especially in strategic matters. The Advisory Board is made up of internationally recognized experts from industry and research.
The Executive Committee represents the association’s concerns and decides on trend-setting activities. The Executive Committee is made up of 6 association members and appoints the Managing Director.
Members
